ZZAKO LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L11000096157, filed in 2011, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations. General liability insurance and bonding certificates are available on request before work begins.
Our staff are background screened and key control is logged, because we are asking you to let people into an empty building at night. We do not do biohazard, sewage or mould remediation — those need specialist licensed remediation contractors — and we do not do electrical, plumbing or pest control work. Safety data sheets for everything we use are available on request.

Will it be the same people each time?
Yes, that is the point. We will tell you in advance when cover is needed rather than quietly sending strangers.
Are your staff background checked?
Yes, and key control is logged. You are giving someone access to an empty building, and you should ask every company you consider.
Can you remove this stain?
Sometimes. We will tell you honestly after seeing it, because some marks are permanent damage rather than dirt and promising otherwise just disappoints everyone.
Do you handle mould or biohazard cleaning?
No. Those require specialist licensed remediation contractors, and we will point you to one rather than attempt it.
How are consumables charged?
At cost plus a stated margin, itemised. We would rather show it than bury it in the hourly rate.
Are you insured?
Yes, general liability and bonded, with certificates provided before the first visit.
